Škoda Auto India has continued to expand its customer-centric initiatives with the
inauguration of its first-ever Express Care facility at Kun Motor Enterprises in
Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Located at Perungudi on OMR Road, this facility further
strengthens the brand’s aftersales network and commitment to enhancing the
ownership experience, while also introducing Škoda Express Care, a new offering
under the Škoda Super Care programme aimed at delivering greater convenience and
efficiency to customers.
The aftersales facility spans 27,900 sq. ft. and is equipped with 16 service bays. Škoda Auto
India currently has 10 Customer Touchpoints in Chennai and 31 Customer Touchpoints
across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Hosur,
Karur, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Salem, Thanjavur, Tiruppur, Trichy, and Vellore.
Commenting on the inauguration, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India,

Over the past few years, Škoda Auto India has expanded its network from over 120
Touchpoints in 2021 to over 335 Touchpoints across 185 cities. The company remains

providing a seamless customer experience across India.
